At the beginning, man was naked. Then one day, somebody invented the BUTTONS!!!
But they did n't know what to do with them... They had to find out how can they use these little things.
They discovered the thread by pealing the bark of a tree. It was a start. The needle was made of wood. They called it a needle, because they had a need to sew... So they can fix the round thing on something, but what???
Winter was coming, they had to wear something to get warm.
They used animal skins. But there was a problem: the fur always fell to the ground. So they just made a knot, a big one.
One day, or night, a woman was cutting a piece of meat (probably mammoth steak) accidentally, she made a hole in the animal skin that she was wearing.
Her son was playing with buttons. He took one and put it through the hole. The mother said:
"Holy buttons!" That's why they call that a buttonhole!!!
The day after, everybody was sewing their buttons to their clothes and the fashion started!
But who invented the four holes button?
